Vision

The MAISA Special Education Instructional Leadership Network (SEILN) is the key organization of educational leaders in Michigan committed to ensuring equitable opportunities and positive outcomes for students with disabilities.

Mission

Providing leadership to ensure equity and positive outcomes for students with disabilities by:

  • creating a collaborative culture,
  • leveraging capacity of the educational community to scale up best practice, and
  • engaging stakeholders proactively with intentionality.
