Description: This guidance is intended to help the district develop a return to school approach that supports research-informed continuity of learning solutions to the challenges facing districts as a result of the COVID-19 pandemic. The information and resources in this document address the areas of governance, operations, facilities, wellness, and instruction. An intentional focus was placed on considerations for professional learning and technology required to realize high-quality teaching and learning in remote, hybrid, and face-to-face environments.

GELN Asynchronous Professional Learning Maps

Description: This document provides guidance to ISD/Authorizing Body officials as they review and approve District/PSA Extended COVID-19 Learning Plans.  The requirements were taken from the MAISA District/PSA Template for Extended COVID-19 Learning Plans as described in Public Act 149, Sections 98a 104.  Using this Approval Guidance is a recommendation and is not required in PA-149.
