MiRead Pilot Testing

Pilot District Information

Timing:
 

  • Applications due June 1, 2018
  • 10-12 districts will be selected to be ‘alpha’ pilot districts for the fall of 2018
  • Alpha districts will be expected to:
  • Establish SIS and assessment integrations in early August of 2018,
  • work with the MiRead team to schedule and complete configuration and training in the use of the system in August of 2018,
  • And use the tool with students in the fall of 2018
  • 40-50 additional ‘Beta’ districts selected October 1, 2018
  • Beta district timeline similar to alpha, implementing after January 1, 2019

Pilot District Responsibilities:
 

  • Maintenance of accurate MiDataHub Integrations
  • Use of the MiStrategyBank Application
  • Configuration and maintenance of MiStrategyBank
  • Participate in training and support efforts
  • Maintain open lines of communication with MiDataHub, MiRead, and MiStrategyBank developers and support teams

Expectations for Pilot Districts:
 

  • All district participation requirements, above, are met, plus;
  • Provide ongoing feedback
  • Work with local ISD as a partner in the process
  • Host regional guests and demonstrate use of the system
  • Co-present with MiRead at a regional, state, or national conference commitment to providing ongoing feedback
