Action Planning Guidelines and Sample Forms for Intermediate School Districts New Statutory Requirements Enacted in 2004 During 2004, a number of complex new statutory requirements affecting Intermediate School Districts were enacted. The last of the requirements were signed into law by the Governor on November 29, 2004. Shortly thereafter, the MSBO ISD Committee determined that it would undertake the task of organizing a summary of these requirements and also produce some model forms for ISDs to use in complying with the new requirements. MSBO and MAISA are pleased to present the products of this ongoing work. As new products are developed, we will notify our members and display them here. They are available for you to download, modify, and incorporate into your compliance efforts. Some of the sample documents have been reviewed
by legal counsel. However, it is important to note that none of
the documents displayed here constitute legal counsel, and every
ISD should consult its own legal counsel when appropriate. |
