Wexford-Missaukee ISD has been built on the basic concept of service. Service for students, parents, community members and educators provides the focus for the Career Technical Center, special education programs and general education assistance. A major endeavor on an ISD wide basis is the continuation of providing technological advances for the delivery of education and service over two full counties and parts of two others. The REMC center provides services for distribution of educational material as well as the repair of equipment to over 14 counties in the north.

A significant framework has been built with the Career Tech Center, area businesses, and area colleges to meet the needs of employers and students. Cooperatives endeavors with others ISD’s and area consortia have benefited many individuals across the north.

Serving over 11,000 students, we pride ourselves in working collaboratively for common goals.
