Lewis Cass ISD assists the LEA’s of Cassopolis, Dowagiac, Edwardsburg, and Marcellus with services in special education including classroom programs, diagnostic services and administrative functions; general education including gifted and talented, grant writing and technology support; career-technical education including Career Pathways training, vocational placement assistance, and WIA counselors. Additionally, LCISD operates programs in family support including early childhood home based programs, Wrap Around services, assistance for troubled youths and extended day and year long alternative programs. LCISD also operates five welfare reform programs under contract from Michigan Works to provide adult job training, placement and assistance.
